Fab Semi-Handmade Headband

What better time to share this project than right before New Year's Eve when every party outfit needs a great headpiece?!

For this project, you'll need a plain headband, ribbon, hot-glue gun, scissors, and a fun embellishment.  Most craft stores carry ready-made pieces like this one.

Begin by wrapping the ribbon around the headband.

Secure the ends with hot-glue and let dry.

The embellishment that I found came ready to be placed on a headband.

See the slits in the fabric?  Slide the headband through them.

That's it!  The best part about this particular embellishment is that you can adjust it depending on where you feel like wearing it: moving it towards the top makes it look more like a fascinator you saw on many of William and Kate's wedding guests, moving it towards one side makes it look very high fashion.
